My name is Kathy and I'm a fully qualified Reiki Practitioner.I have completed my Reiki 1 & 2 certificates and have been giving treatments for little over 6 months now. I also incorporate crystals and essential oils during the treatments and have relaxing music playing in the background.. The Reiki is a relaxing therapy for everyone you don't necessarily need to feel ill to have treatment.. It helps re align the chakra's which are your bodies ener gy centres therefore improving mind body and soul.

Reiki healing energy works with your own energy to promote healing and this continues well after the session has finished. Regular sessions can help you feel relaxed and work towards you feeling healthy in mind body and soul. Its so relaxing and in our busy day to day lives we find it hard to relax properly so we can really feel the benefits of a Reiki healing session from the very start.
