Dealing with Fear and How does it affect us.

In a time of uncertainty Fear is still fighting within us and at the same time its own battle with itself. Fear or The Fear of something stops us. Its lists are vast and yet it still has benefits. By this remark I mean, it give us (humanity) a choice which at times the action of using it is obviously to anyone looking in and with a conscience very much wrong so that act become a good fear.

Example of this is most people know right from wrong. They abide by the laws of state, order and or religion. Keep safe stay at home this use fear is a sensible one because it’s helping and protecting the elderly sick and vulnerable.

Fear sometimes could call itself a consequence. Example if you take a life then the result could be your life or a life time in a prison. Steal or rob a person or institution again comes with a sentence which again leads to a time repaying back and learning that it is not only the right choice but when caught you will be expected to be held accountable for your actions. This reinforces the natural fear.
The other fears that we deal with on a daily basis are those which hold us back. Fear of failure, fear of growing old. The fear, of death or a fear of falling. The worry and fear that someone is talking about you. The fear, that you could possibly lose your home, or your family. The fear that someone is controlling you. For some this will happen but not for everyone. Time you can’t stop but worrying about it won’t change it and fear gets another fix.

In very simple terms Fear works with both good and evil too. Evil pushes the buttons which stops and starts emotions for its own enjoyment it knows that human are basically very insecure. They can be easily swayed and are extremely vain it is also easily controlled. Good also uses fear for its own personal use it pushes the buttons of folk who are so afraid of their own shadows that life passes them by without them every dreaming or achieving any of the wonders of their own world. I am not suggesting that they should spend all their money or risk life or limb.

More as a nudge to encourage they have a little bit more confidence to try to improve and grow with in their own life paths and ambitions. I want empower people to think about one thing they would like to achieve once the lockdown has eased and life becomes back to some form of normality. Control your fear before fear controls you. You never know you might just find that inner glow you once had. Stay safe keep well but also don’t lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel.
