Now! The solstice light has filled the hearts and souls of all living things, remember to find your quiet space within for a few minutes, remember to consciously breath; a long soft breath that’s connected to heaven and earth, with your conscious intent to bring this light into your life by taking a conscious breath filling your whole body up with this lovely light frequency air that’s so abundant.

Physically the breath comes into the lungs, conscious breath takes the air into every part of the body filling al area, affecting the nervous system and relaxing all atoms and particles.

Connect to the heart felt love as you breath, then feel the expansion within yourself physically, emotionally and mentally, filling you with solstice light.

As this occurs the light within expands your aura, then it will go out to all life, connect in this cosmic energy because its part of all things and learn to feel this expanded connection, carry it with you al all times.

If incidents of life happen to you that throw you into fear, take a long soft breath and automatically feel the love within and see the fear for what its real truth:
Fear is just a part of your light body that has been dis-connected from the divine light that you are.

Breath and take it into your heart, re-connect it to your own 2 hearts with all the power of this solstice light that expanding you automatically.

This light is here permanently, there is lots of time for everyone to get used to how it feels and how to utilise it in and incorporated it into everyday life consciously.

Dear star seeds, light worker, and way showers, use this expanded light to give out consciously to all others that you meet, it does not have to be spoken about if you feel its not correct, just be open yourself with the light within your expanded auras, you can make it as big as you want it to be to touch the area across the globe that’s in needed.

In my minds eye I see all light worker moving about on earth with their big auras that are as big as you can think then to be, through the 2 hearts divine love touching all things that come in contact with it.

As this happens the auras of every soul will be affected and become lighter even though these other might not understand it. It will happen in their un-conscious minds, changing them slowly so that they can eventually feel the difference.

The job of the light workers now is to be conscious of spreading the light frequency through their own conscious thought by kindness and love even when things start to get fraught.

The energy connections will allow you to be able to be sensitive to what’s happening around you and for you to be detached enough so that you can be conscious of NOT to be drawn into other people’s negatives and have the mind to stand back, breath and heal the situation instead of feeding it unconsciously.

This gift has been given to all souls, but it’s the consciousness of the way showers and light worker to be aware and to utilise this gift in ways that are personal to each individual.

Step into this divine light with conscious love and glory in it’s de-light-ful feeling so that you can send the light out and know that because all is connected that it will have an affect on the bigger picture, with love.

On The Galactic Level:

This light code is alchemically changing every molecule, atom and particle in the local universe.

The effect on Gaia is greatest because she is the hub of humanity, this is why we the C S B, are here.

As our ground crew you are now functioning on the multi Ds, you are working on many light levels of light and are using advanced technology to clear, activate holding and anchoring the light in Gaia along the hyper tunnels; you work on yourself bringing forwards a deeper understanding of how it is from remembering connecting and tuning in.

Your job is to keep focused on your own comfort in life. In doing this your also doing it for Gaia you are both one, you work on your advancement and are also facilitating Gaia in hers, remember your connection.

You are every close to Agatha and the souls who live there, the elders of Atlantis, the Lemurians the Arcturians and the original central sun.

As soon as you breath and feel the energy connection know that you are in the scared space of this high light frequency; as you do this the inter Ds are open for you and the power that you feel is real.

Just keep going along these guidelines and mark time until Aug 21st when all will change.
