Though there are many great videos online, there is a risk of lack of connection and understanding surrounding practices such as meditations, reiki, chakra balancing etc… When dealing with emotional well being and spiritual well being alike, it’s important to make sure that you are supported and guided through meditations, and thoughts and feelings that may arise during those exercises.
At MBS we like to make sure that all participants are heard and supported, this is especially important for those who may be new to these experiences.
