Early days and the crystal story: My story:
My interest in energy has been on going, it turns out that nothing in this world and universe is solid.
Once you get to the deeper level, all the things are space and waves, until they are observed, then they change into a measurable particle, but who in this busy life knows what this means and why should they care?
I found that the science led me to quantum energy: chi, auras, and energies that are innate within our body that could not be seen but could be felt and used when practicing the chi kung and the Tai Chi forms, I realised that this inner energy was the way we are able to do the healing and clairvoyance.
Proof of the crystal energy:
I learnt about crystals and their power; I could feel the different between the different crystals; I experimented with them and the chi breath.
I was living by the estuary of the river Thames it gave me a feeling of the power of this area and I was looking at the ley line running east to west.
I loved this place, it was not an idyllic place, there was a lot of mud, and the tide went out to over a mile, the estuary ran out to the North Sea and the mud flats went as far as the eye could see this gave a fine view of the infinite space of this place.
I would sit on the beach with no one else within sight and be in this quiet calm space of the electromagnetic energy of the lay of this land that me connected to Gaia on another level, I understood that we were all responsible for how we act on earth and how we can help her.
There would be flocks of sea birds feeding as the tide came in, moving with the tide, as it moved forwards, I could hear them chattering and there were flocks of Brent Geese following each other as they fed on the sea grass.
The crystals I had were given to me by one of my students, they were mostly unshaped and raw in their energy, they spoke to my soul.
One day I got frustrated with it all and even though I knew there is energy everywhere, I could not get a direct handle on it, and I asked for physical proof.
I asked the crystals to give me proof that they were energetic in a physical way.
I laid them out on the grass in a pile, and cupped my hands round them about 10 inches above them, and breathed the chi breath through my hands as I slowly lowered them down on the crystals.
I could feel the energy build as I pushed down on them, it got to a point and they exploded outwards with a green flash that hit me in the forehead and the chest, it felt like I had received and electric shock: the crystals blew apart in a ring two feet outward and I fell back shaking like a leaf, I had received electromagnetic shock.
After I got over this, I picked them up and said sorry that I had doubted them, and I asked to be forgiven for treating them in this way. And I knew I would never ever- underestimate the power of this energy chi, crystals, and earths powers again.
I remembered what Graham always told us about chi; that the energy we put out, is the same as the energy we will receive, give out love get it back, give out anger and we get anger back.
I put frustration into the crystals on that day and I got an electric shock back from it…. it was the best lesson I ever have ever had and still respect everything to do with the energy.

The beginning of the ascension: earth-healing mediations at the time of the full moons in 1993:
I started to meditate with some friends from the Tai chi class who were inspired to do earth/Gaia healing; this was to heal certain places on earth. We used crystals to clear and balance the areas of the tectonic plates and atomic dumps, below the sea.
They were under pressure, because there were waves of photon light coming into earth’s atmosphere, this was my job… to go into these places in my imagination and mind and use the correct crystals to create a balance and release any build-up of pressure.
This type of meditation was very dynamic; it took great trust with no fear, when I was going into my inner visualisations of what was needed in these ‘hot spot’ in earth.
I remembered what my first spiritual teacher told me when I started to do the clairvoyance and felt worried that the negative energy would come into my mind.
She said, “as long as I held a clear heart filled with love and light from the divine light and shone it out at any kind of negative person or energy, I would always be safe, she said that dark energy cannot stay dark in the face of Gods light”.
I have used this so many times during my energy work and have always stayed safe and in the hands of this divine energy and the high-energy guides.
The earth is ascending into a higher vibration and while this was happening these were places that needed healing, and this is what started me on this journey.
I found out more information about the earth’s crust mantel and core, after my experience with the crystals~ I realised that the only way to do this was to use the yin, soft, loving feeling and then I would be safe from the electromagnetic energy that these places hold.
I had learnt my lessons well and had no intention of doing anything that might kick back at me when I was in these deep states of meditations.
It was very Si Fi, the science fiction books and films use all the latest science, and is played out in ‘Star Wars,’ ‘star trek’ and now the untouchables, comic strip, everyone has expanded through the interest of these films.
The ascension movement is how the spiritual awakened souls can come together and share experiences of the cosmic changes within.
This writing is about my spiritual development, self-individualisation, and the journey it has led me to here now 2024.
I have learnt a lot and realised many things about life, every living thing has an element of a sentient being on this planet, and a level of intelligence of survival, down to the amoeba.
We are getting to know and understand our true abilities as a single human being, with the potential to create our own way of life, with our innate energetic power of the chi, life force, spirit, or any name you have for your divine self.

Moving forwards, I went back to the spiritual church and got my certificate for spiritual clairvoyance and healing certificate with the Essex healers.
I was healing at the church, and I took a course with the Spiritualist National Union, it was a two-year course on science and spirituality; they were all on the different aspects of science and spiritual progression including biology.
Now in 2024, there is much more evidence coming to light to do with the energy that is changing earths frequency’s and that of man.
We are much more open to these inner ways to change and grow in the ways of self-development and self-individualisation.
What Graham was teaching back in 1990 is now being looked at with a real base line in how we can live life on earth with these different concepts.
